While working at Louvels.dev I designed and developed an internal excel validation tool for FiDocs B.V. In their previous workflow they manually validated E-commerce import documents before being able to submit these documents to customs.

After the implementation of the tool I built they sped up their internal validation proces by 200%.

An amazing feature of this project: In the month of August 2026 the total national amount of E-commerce goods lines processed was around 13.000.000. Of which around 1.550.000 lines were validated by the validation tool I built. That month the tool validated almost 12% of the national E-commerce goods that were processed nationally.
